    A Half-automatic machine that can become a fully automatic one

    As a semi-automatic cutting machine, the machine is already prepared to eventually become a fully automatic one. To achieve this, a funnel system can be purchased and fitted onto the already existing anchor points. Additionally, for those interested in a loading system, such a system can also be installed at the designated attachment points.

    Dynamic grid cutting

    Depending on the material being cut, grids and blades can be adjusted to each other in various ways. Some materials require extensive cutting movements, while others can only endure a limited amount. A switchable gearbox installed on the blade ensures the best cut through various adjustment options

    Control is quick and easily

    With three simple steps, the machine can be swiftly adjusted for a particular material. This involves selecting the plunger pressure, pre-compression pressure, and finally, the cutting length using rotary controls. Additionally, the machine can be set to grating function and a double cut for special cutting tasks. The intelligence of the machine operates in the background to make it easier for the operator.

    Multiple blades, cutting discs, grating discs

    In addition to a single blade, the machine can also be operated with a double blade, cutting discs, and grating discs. This capability allows the machine‘s performance to be doubled for many cutting tasks. Furthermore, these tools enable a wide range of additional cutting tasks, making it capable of cutting nearly anything.

    Quick-changeover system for grids

    This system allows the grid to be changed in just 10 seconds, perfect cleaning in 30 seconds, and blade replacement in a maximum of 1 minute. The modular system of the grid also allows for cutting additional sizes with just a few grids. Roller bearings make the grid highly durable over time.

    Discharge conveyor belt

    The cut material is automatically conveyed from the machine to a collecting container by a conveyor belt. The transfer is made to a height of 750 mm, allowing for easy filling of stacked crates or standard carts. Upon request, the conveyor belt can also be extended to greater discharge heights and for larger containers if required by the operational process.
