The focus is on three areas of expertise: mechanics, electronics, and computer science
Training prerequisites:
- To successfully start your apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you should have an interest in craftsmanship and technical understanding, as well as bring care and attentiveness to your work. Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, for example when assembling circuit relays or working on live components, and a passion for analyzing and fixing faults are part of your personality. Good grades in mathematics, computer science, and industrial arts/technology will facilitate your training.
Your tasks:
- As a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), you will build mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, assemble them into complex systems, install control software, and maintain the systems. You will test the individual components and assemble them into systems and installations. You will commission the finished installations, program them, or install the associated software. You will follow circuit diagrams and construction drawings and carefully test the installations before handing them over to your customers.
