A slicing disk produces a powdery granulate for hard cheese. Large cuts are held precisely with a knife disk. This means that 13 different cutting sizes can be produced with one sash gang frame and seven blade levels. The creels are mounted on roller bearings and are therefore particularly smooth-running. This makes the machine very safe and ensures that nothing falls out. Even large pieces fall out easily and delicate items are handled particularly gently.
