    Four strong vertical knives

    The cutter bar cuts 30 mm thick slabs 45 times per minute. Four vertical knives divide the slabs into 90 mm wide pieces. Sturdy blades effortlessly cut through the frozen blocks. Depending on the
    water content, materials to be cut can be shredded at temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C.

    Easy and convenient loading

    Loading takes place at a convenient height of 970 mm. From there, a reverser facilitates transport into the original GR 50, where the material to be cut is taken over by a lifting device. It brings the cutting block to the ideal drop height for safe sliding to the knife.

    Mechanically driven

    The blade bar is at the perfect angle to the approaching cutting block. This makes the cut particularly precise and repeatable at all times. Power is transmitted by a mechanical gearbox that requires little maintenance and will perform reliably for years to come. It is particularly fast and extremely powerful. Massive shock absorbers with solid feet ensure smooth operation and a stable stand.

    Material guide system

    The items to be sliced are placed on the sturdy folding table. From there, a handle is all that is needed to throw it easily and safely into the machine. The machine is filled from the side so that the operator can work easily and has little load to carry.

    Standard trolley level discharge conveyor belt

    Here, every end product reaches the correct working height past the operator’s controlling eyes. All crate sizes or a 200 l standard trolley have ample space under the belt ejector. No more annoying crate lugging. Assembly and cleaning are child’s play.

    Safely, ergonomically and easily cleaned

    Certified by the state and designed to meet the requirements of European safety standards, the Original GR 50 offers maximum safety. The intuitive machine operation relieves the operator of heavy physical work. Daily cleaning becomes child’s play.
