Delicate cheeses such as feta or mozzarella are cut carefully so that the cubes do not fall apart. Hard cheeses, on the other hand, undergo a powerful and low-friction treatment so that every cut cube is guaranteed to look the same.

    Our machines in use

    Tomatoes

Delicate items to be cut are treated particularly gently here.

    Salami

Precise cubes for a beautiful display at the buffet.

    Cheese cubes

Even tough and hard cheese is cut into cubes of up to 5mm x 5mm x 5mm.

    Lamb and pork chops

Also with bones! For example, lamb and pork chops.

    Onions

Onions cut at low pressure retain their juice and flavor.

    Ham strips

As a salad or pizza topping – precise strips of ham.

    Roulades

Always roulades of the same thickness, without much effort and without any safety risk.

    Bacon cubes

Small cubes of tough or hard bacon can also be easily cut here.

    Ham slabs

Wafer-thin slivers of ham as a pizza topping or for salads.

    Ox muzzle salad

Ox muzzle lettuce is almost like rubber. But it also turns out nice and thin.

    Sausage salad

Sausage salad in 6 mm thickness can – depending on the sausage – also be cut in 3 mm thickness.

    Fine stripes

Fine strips of any type of raw ham from 5 mm thickness.

    Paprika

The paprika is cut into very nice and surprisingly even cubes.

    Cucumber strips

Wafer-thin cucumber strips – more beautiful than sliced by hand.

    Salami

Wafer-thin slices from a thickness of just 0.3 mm.

    Further information

    Giant knife guard

The generous cutting chamber offers enough space to cut roulades, escalopes or steaks. In these applications, the product is pushed far beyond the grid before it is cut. After cutting, it falls into the boxes particularly well due to the large amount of space available. The boxes can be inserted at two different heights for precise filling.

    Compact in the shaft

The chute is filled before cutting. The material filled into the chute is pressed into the chute from above and compacted laterally by the chute’s closing slide. A very sensitive pre-compacting system then pushes against the material to be cut. This forms the product into a compact cutting block. And the most beautiful cubes are formed in this way.

    10 seconds changeover

Open the door – pull out the creel – push in the next creel and you can continue with a different cutting size. Changing the sash gang is quicker and easier than anywhere else. The cutting blade does not even have to be removed. And because the creel guide is open at the top, offcuts can easily be pulled out of the machine together with the creel.

    Captured while cutting

If the material to be cut is smaller than the chute cross-section, even the best pre-compaction will not help. This is where the inclined working shaft of this machine comes to the rescue. It allows the product to rest stably and securely on two sides of the working shaft. This is what makes chop cutting and precise portioning possible in the first place.

    The three-part gate

Three different cutting sizes can be achieved directly with the three gang parts by repositioning them in a matter of seconds. If you remove a few blades, up to 13 different cutting sizes are possible. This means you can achieve a wide variety of cuts with just a few creels. Each sash gang is also made of rolled, extremely stable stainless steel.

    Sophisticated long-wave knife

The serrated knife blade applies twice as much cutting power to the material to be cut than a smooth-ground knife does. This is precisely the reason why half the movement is enough to achieve beautifully cut results. This means less movement and less friction. And less movement and friction means less heat. And that results in a perfect cut.
